Sales Growth

Do You Need Protection?

Protection Area

I’ve been walking past this area during my morning walks for a few years now. I’ve watched the plants and trees grow and flourish. Some mornings I’m greeted by Bambi venturing out of the sanctuary. It seems like a designated protection area has been good for the growth of the animals and plants.

Should we protect the sales activity of our business better?

Just like the designated growth area is protected from outside interference, we should protect our selling activity from being interrupted with non-productive distractions. Think how much better we could grow our sales if we stayed focused on the activities that bring in new customers and support existing customers.

Ask yourself regularly:

“Will this activity lead towards a new customer or existing customer satisfaction?”

If the answer is no, then don’t do it. You need to create a virtual Sales Growth Protection Area around your sales activity. Don’t let distractions take you off course.

Regular sales training and inspiration is allowed within your sales nurturing area. Join me on Monday mornings to start your sales week with a little sales and marketing motivation along with Sensible Selling Tips. It’s like adding “Miracle Grow” to the plants and trees.
