Four Online Secrets

Trust

For More Offline Sales

You need to create a sense a rapport before you earn the privilege to ask the questions you need to know prior to asking the most important question we often call the close (which is really the beginning).

Who else wants to know how to enable more face-to-face sales of their product/service?

Of the five all inclusive reasons people do not buy from you, the toughest to overcome in the past has been “trust”. In the new media reality of search and online social networking, you can establish trust and enable increased offline sales results by using four of the tactics in your online marketing strategy. You do have a marketing strategy, don’t you?

After people get to know and like you, they will have to trust you in order to make a purchase or commitment with you. In the past, it usually took numerous engagements and satisfied promises, not to mention the time it takes to build that appropriate trust level. Today you can establish a virtual trust by simply enabling people through Google or the other search engines to find:

  • you
  • your occupation
  • your business
  • your product/service

But just finding you will not build that trust level unless what they find is relevant, impressive, and authentic. Establish and maintain an online presence for your brand in these four areas and you will experience more requests for your service along with less objections to overcome when you ask the closing question.
